Managing Director. An entrepreneur at heart, Jean-Daniel Roth has built his career on two convictions: firstly, a company is measured by its ability to endure, and secondly, that beauty always stems from high standards. After leading and transforming several companies, he now dedicates his experience and passion for architecture at Maisons Dulac, a family business where each project built is a work of art designed to stand the test of time. Here, his approach can be summed up as a balance found in the rigour of a manager and the sensitivity of an art lover, and the ambition to create residences that combine prestige, sustainability, and personality. His goal? Make Maisons Dulac a benchmark where excellence is lived every day, and where each and every detail, seen and unseen, matters.
Saskia Richardet
Director of construction. Trained as an architect, Saskia combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to inspire her team. With over fifteen years in project development under her belt, she has honed her skills through demanding projects and diverse collaborations. Her experience and keen eye for detail allow her to manage each project rigorously, while maintaining constant communication with her clients and colleagues. Driven by high standards and a strong sense of empathy, she pays particular attention to the details that make all the difference. For her, excellence is built together: by sharing a clear vision, by valuing the skills of each member, and ensuring that the completion of each project fully reflects the high standards and passion of Maisons Dulac.
Sébastien Steiner
Development Manager. Sébastien sees real estate as the art of reconciling heritage with contemporary audacity, where each project becomes an opportunity to bring unique spaces to life. Over the years, he has built a solid network and honed his skills in analysis and interpersonal relations. Axel Sursock
Acquisitions Manager. Born into a family where rigour and excellence are core values, Axel grew up surrounded by familial projects where architecture and interior design played a vital role in shaping the identity of each space. Early on, he understood that building is not simply about erecting four walls, but about bringing each project to life with meticulousness, passion, and vision. For over ten years, he has been involved in a variety of real estate projects, gaining experience that has sharpened his knowledge and strengthened an existing professional network.
Today, Axel is on the ground, meeting with sellers, brokers, and other key stakeholders in order to scout and select the finest locations for future projects by Maisons Dulac. For him, excellence is revealed in every choice — from materials to actions, from details to human relationships — and nuances make all the difference.
Coline Legros
Customer relations and admin assistant. Drawn to architecture and everything it encompasses since a young age, Coline fell naturally in love with construction. Since then, each project has been a new love story to be written. For her, construction is the art of listening, in order to guide each client towards an exclusive, bespoke creation. Today, she dedicates herself to turning every project into a thoughtful, expert-driven journey where trust and passion create exceptional homes.
Flavien Bruant
Project Manager. Flavien approaches each project with unwavering commitment to excellence, both technically and in his interpersonal skills. Whether on-site or in-office, he ensures proper implementation of every detail to shape long-lasting structures.
